iSPiiCE volunteering in India have reduced the minimum age of volunteering from 18 to 16 recognizing the benefits of volunteering at a younger age. The energy and enthusiasm our student volunteers bring help promote altruism in the local community and add vigor to volunteering programs; students gain an insight into international development while having the chance to work in cross cultural teams. Furthermore high school volunteers use their iSPiiCE volunteer work towards school credits and find the experience gives them greater insights into possible future career paths.
Summer, winter and midterm volunteering in India placements give a fantastic opportunity to enhance your resume or university application.
Madeleine Allen - iSPiiCE Youth Volunteer
"iSPiiCE was a great opportunity to teach and learn at the same time. It was beyond rewarding to volunteer and give back to a community that was so kind and inviting. All of the children and students were so joyful that it made the volunteer work a truly enjoyable time! iSPiiCE changed the way I viewed India and my home country and taught me so many things I couldn't have learned from a travel guide. iSPiiCE is a great volunteer program that gave me the most remarkable experience of my life!"
